About Bodyconnect

It is actually about YOU. It’s about all of you who came to see me in clinic and at the pelvic floor workshops, all the women I have met and got chatting to about pelvic floor concerns and all the women I haven’t met yet with the same issues and questions. I realised that we as women just don’t know enough about our pelvic floors to look after it and as a consequence, ourselves properly. Thank you for inspiring me to set up Bodyconnect to change this. This is all for you.

What do we do? We are a secure online community created for you by professionals with everything you need to know about how to look after your pelvic floor. This will include educational and demonstrative videos, access to a resource library, a members forum to share insight and ask questions anonymously as well as regular Q&A sessions with doctors, physio’s and other relevant health professionals. Why don’t you try the pelvic floor test to find out the true state of your pelvic floor and start learning about your pelvic floor today? Join here.

Lene Cunis

After coming across and treating so many women in the clinic presenting with spinal and women’s health problems (that could have been avoided if they only knew more about their pelvic floor), I set up pelvic floor and core workshops in London to educate women about their pelvic floor, what to do if something goes wrong and how to prevent future problems. Educating women about their pelvic floor is something I am very passionate about, and for me the next big step to reach more women with this important information was to create Bodyconnect. Bodyconnect is an online community with everything you need to know to look after your pelvic floor including videos, access to a resource library, members forum and Q&A sessions with doctors, physio’s and other relevant health professionals.” Enjoy!
